Location is great, few minutes from the beach, and plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. Rooms were decent and we could leave our bags on the premise after check out. Ou daughters loved the cats.

The balcony is a bit useless and the light from the AC is very bright.

Upon arrival, the room was in unacceptable condition — it was dirty, smelled unpleasant, and the patio ceiling was falling apart with no proper cover. When I raised these concerns, the manager’s only solution was to spray chemicals to mask the smell, which did not address the underlying cleanliness or maintenance issues.Due to the poor condition of the accommodation, I had no choice but to book another hotel

The staff was great and very helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness was good and the facilities met our needs.

The bunk bed mattress was too thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. This made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

The minute we came inside we were greeted with a very strong scent of cat pee and that followed us up to the floor we stayed in. Were happy it didn't smell in the room. The bed frame underneath the mattress broke on us occasionally

Both the location and room were great. The hotel is cat-themed, featuring a special room where guests can spend time playing with cats.

Carrying heavy luggage can be difficult as the hotel doesn’t have a lift

Great location; proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops.I liked the water refill station near the front desk.

It is close to the main road, where you find lots of restaurants. It is also close to the beach. The price is ok if you are on a tight budget

The hotel looks old and is not very welcoming.

It is very close to the beach, restaurants and Pubs. There are 7/11 nearby as well.

- Reception is not available all the time- no room cleaning service. no new towels , glasses, or anything.- close to a bar so u can hear noise in the evening

Good location, everything you need is nearby. Simple but clean room.

We stayed for 4 Nights. Our flight was slightly delayed but through early communication staff were there for our late 11pm arrival. Cannot fault the staff at all. Thank you Fah for all your help. Our room was on the fourth floor. We knew that there was no lift at the time of booking. Good for first up fitness. Room was clean and great value for what we paid. No there is no pool or restaurant but look around the corner and you will easily find what you need.

Some ants in room but once we knew they were around it was easy to manage. Thai style mattress but hey… we are in Thailand.

Perhaps due to the just starting up of the business, manpower clearing lacking.Very often, no one at the counter. Room cleaning, towel changing, etc was told only once every 2 days4th Level while with some views of the sea, was a big hassle to climb up and down. if coming with kids or old folks, this is not encouraged. Rm 401 simple had no hot water. Beware...Stayed for 5 days, but one of the days, had totally no water at all, and without any warning. If you are sandy or dirty from swimming at the beach, or just crapped in the toilet, no water to helped you cleaned up, ridiculous. Lack of security as anyone could go in and out of this property.

The staff is friendly, and the place gives home vibes. And the cats are so cute
